| Duties / Roles / Activities: |
Meet with Hospice Dufferin clients for a series of sessions, and record a personal history of their life. Create a completed document for the client to keep. |
| Sample Tasks: |
You will meet with a client and determine how they would like their personal story to be captured. You will help them to accomplish this. Perhaps it's a personal letter, or a story from their life. It could be an audio recording of their grandchild's favourite book, or a video taped interview. This is an opportunity to be creative, and Hospice Dufferin has all the tools. Training is provided. |
