Volunteer type position is suitable for - Adult (18 +)
Duties / Roles / Activities General business advice to Board. Guidance for new initiatives, steering the team through budget and planning processes, forecasts, books and record keeping to final annual accounts.

Ensures Board meets grant requirements.

Ensures Board acts within legal guidelines for financial matters.

Sample Tasks: Attend monthly Board Meetings, report status as required
Actively involved in budget planning, and affordable Festival planning
Understand and advise on projects
Participate in Grant application/reporting
Participate in overseeing Contracts, staff, performers, suppliers etc
Facilitate final annual Accounts.
Who You'll Be Interacting With Interacts with Staff members, Board members, Book keeper and Audit Accountant.
